To keep AceVision’s quality high and ensure every submission shines,
please follow these guidelines when submitting your work!
🎨 General Submission Guidelines
Who Can Submit?
LGBTQ+ artists, illustrators, photographers, poets, and storytellers.
Both emerging & established creators are welcome!
✅ What Are We Looking For?
Art, illustrations, photography, comics, poetry, short fiction, and visual storytelling.
LGBTQ+ themes and perspectives (especially aro/ace representation).
Work that is bold, expressive, unique, and authentic.
❌ What We DON’T Accept:
AI-generated art, heavily copyrighted material, or plagiarized content.
Hate speech, NSFW, or anything discriminatory.
🎨 Art Submission Guidelines
📌 File Formats: .PNG, .JPG, .TIFF, .PSD (300 DPI preferred for print)
📌 Size Recommendations: 8.5” x 11” or larger for full-page artwork
📌 Color Profile: CMYK (for print) / RGB (for web)
💡 Optional: Add a short artist statement (1–3 sentences) explaining your piece.
🖋️ Writing Submission Guidelines (Poetry, Short Fiction, Articles)
📌 Word Count: 500–2,000 words for short fiction & articles / Up to 50 lines for poetry
📌 File Format: .DOCX or .PDF
📌 Font: 12pt Times New Roman, single-spaced
📌 Include a title & short author bio (1–3 sentences).
All Submissions Must Include Your
